Your name, email, request type and brief. Quantity and attachments are optional. We use these details to assess and handle your inquiry. We do not publish your files in the gallery.
You can attach up to 5 files, each up to 50 MB, with a total of 100 MB. Supported formats are shown beside the form.
Private access to attachments
Your inquiry and files are stored on our server. An email notification with the brief and a private attachment link is sent to tvarivo@mijoo.sk. A valid link also works for anyone the recipient forwards it to.

These periods start when the inquiry is accepted. Scheduled tasks handle deletion; the operator must resolve any failures. Copies in email, working archives and backups have their own retention rules.
Your unfinished brief
Text and selected files stay in the open tab’s memory, including when switching languages. After reloading or closing the page, you need to enter them again. Technical HttpOnly cookies securely associate uploads and submission with your inquiry.
Other retention periods and copies
Encrypted notification content is retained for at most 7 days. An explicitly requested replacement may keep new content for another 7 days, capped at the original 90-day deadline. Operational events are cleaned after 30 days.
These periods do not themselves delete copies held by the email provider, in the mailbox or working archives. Automatic backups are not configured yet.
Link and session lifetime
A direct temporary file URL lasts at most 60 seconds and never beyond file retention. An already started transfer may continue. Revoking the private link blocks new access; an already issued temporary URL may remain valid until it expires.
An unfinished inquiry has a 24-hour lifetime. Technical cookies remain for 48 hours so its definitive result can still be checked securely after expiry. Selected files are not stored in the browser for later.
